Overview

Overview

This policy applies to this website and its contact form, operated by Chris of Kuya Chris AI Automation. It describes what information is collected when you use the contact form, how it is used, where it is processed, and the choices you have.

This website does not have accounts, payments, or membership features. If any are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Information we collect

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the fields you enter: your name, business email, company (optional), website (optional), the service you need, your current process or problem, your budget range (optional), your timeline (optional), and any additional message you choose to include.

The form also includes first-touch attribution information — UTM parameters, the landing page, and the referrer — which is held in your browser's sessionStorage during your visit and sent with your submission. It is cleared when your browser session ends.

How we use your information

How we use your information

Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. That is the only use.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add it to unrelated marketing lists. Your email address is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from automated submissions. When you use the form, a one-time verification token is checked server-side with Cloudflare, and your IP address is included in that single verification request.

The verification token and your IP address are never stored in our database and are never written to logs.

How we store and process your information

How we store and process your information

Lead records are stored in a Supabase-hosted cloud database. The database has no public access: writes happen only through this website's server, and row-level security is enforced. Information travels over HTTPS.

When you submit the form, an authenticated lead event is sent to Make.com, an automation platform, for duplicate checking and processing. The business owner also receives a plain-text Telegram message containing the lead details so inquiries are not missed.

Data retention

Data retention

Lead records are kept for up to 24 months from the date of the last inquiry, then deleted. You can also request earlier deletion at any time.

Your choices

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing kuyachrisaiautomation@gmail.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable period.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising. There is no fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. The only browser storage used is the sessionStorage attribution described above, and it is cleared when your browser session ends.

Third parties

Third parties

Cloudflare — human verification (Turnstile) for the contact form.

Supabase — cloud database hosting for stored lead records.

Make.com — automation processing and duplicate checking for lead events.

Telegram — delivery of the plain-text lead notification to the business owner.
